CALCIUM

Research shows that when you supplement with calcium, you can decrease calcium loss by 30-50%!

However, calcium must be ionized to be absorbed by the small intestines. Stomach acid is the ionizing agent for mineral absorption. Unfortunately, stomach acid is typically greatly reduced in older individuals.

Reduced stomach acid results in problems like acid indigestion, burping, and heartburn.

SILICON
