Learn Why Daily Vitamin Supplements Must Be All Natural, 100% Plant Source!
The American Medical Association has recommended all
adults take daily vitamin supplements.
This recommendation is based on the knowledge that our
food is significantly deficient in essential nutrients
necessary for health.
Most of us intuitively know all natural supplements are superior, however, the reasons why are compelling!
100% plant source, all natural vitamin supplements are the only ones we know will not cause harm!
A majority of daily vitamin supplements have ground
rock and mineral salts.
Your body is not designed to eat dirt!
The reason we supplement is because our plants are not grown in such a way to be able to get from the dirt the nutrients necessary for health.
Humans eating dirt is not the answer.
We need to eat vegetables, whole grains, and fruits
that are grown in ideal conditions. Since this is not always possible, we also need to take all natural supplements that are

Have you ever wondered why when you take Vitamin C in the form
of ascorbic acid is does not help you get over your
cold?
It is because Ascorbic acid does very little for
the immune system.
It is the natural plant source of vitamin C that actually improves immune function.
This is one of the reasons research on the effectiveness of vitamins comes back inconclusive, because often the vitamin tested is synthetic.
Many of the synthetic ingredients in daily vitamin
supplements are a petroleum by-product!
I find it hard to imagine that anyone when looking at these
facts would come to the conclusion that their body
is not quite optimal because it needs more petroleum!
I mean, we may feel we are running out of gas, but
REALLY!
Seriously, we must consider that everything
we ingest, or put into our bodies, has to be metabolized
and detoxified by the liver, then eliminated or stored
in the body as fat.
We have so much unavoidable exposure to toxins in our environment that it just makes good sense to do ALL we can to reduce the toxic load when possible.
Not to mention the reason we take a daily vitamin supplement is to improve our health. We want to take 100% whole food vitamin supplements that will actually do that, not make our health worse!
Another consideration, some companies are realizing people want plant based daily vitamin supplements, so they add a little
parsley or some other inexpensive plant to their
synthetic ingredients, ground rocks, and mineral salts.
Then on the label they say it is made from plants.
The way to tell for sure is after each
and every ingredient, if it is 100% plant source, it
will have the actual plant the nutrient was derived
from.
