Hormone Imbalance Is Raging!
Does it seem that you or someone you know and love has a hormone
imbalance? I would not be surprised! This, unfortunately, is a
no brainer. Almost every single one of us does not get the
necessary plant hormones, also know as phytosterols, that we
need for our bodies to make our hormones. As a matter of fact,
we only get approximately 5% of the phytosterols we need every
day to make the 80+ hormones our bodies use to communicate.
That means we are trying to build components like insulin,
estrogen, testosterone, melatonin, human growth hormone, and
cortisol with only 5% of the raw materials we need to do it!
No wonder we have such problems with hormone imbalance.
It all gets back to the food we eat and the nutritional content
available in our food. The phytosterols are simply not there.
We can not count on food that we buy in most of the grocery
stores or in almost all restaurants to provide completely for
us our nutritional needs. If we are looking for ways to
improve our health, reduce the risk of chronic degenerative
diseases, and early death, we must care for our bodies the
way they were intended to be nourished. This is with proper
nutrition. We are what we eat, or actually digest, absorb,
and assimilate of what we eat. The fact is that what we eat,
for the majority of us, is not meeting our needs. This is
evident in SO many health issues that are preventable or at least largely correctable. I know personally many situations where pharmaceuticals or surgery were the medical intervention utilized for a nutritional issue. It is a shame to depend on drugs or surgery when nutrition is often the answer.
Our pituitary gland secretes hormones that travel in our blood
stream to the various organs of our body. This causes the organs to respond, according to the stimulus they received, and carry out their duty. This remarkable communication system is dependant on having the messengers to fulfill the need. This is where we have a problem, well, one of the problems. This is just one category of nutrition that is largely missing in our diets. The most ideal answer would be to eat organic whole foods that are locally grown. If you are like most people, please don't despair if this is not a viable option. There are excellent supplements available that address this nutritional deficiency appropriately. Of course, please only choose all plant based supplements, otherwise you are probably doing more harm than good.
