Indigestion Symptoms! Start Here To Improve Your Health!





Indigestion Symptoms are present at an Alarming rate!

In my opinion, digestion is the STARTING POINT for good health!

Nutrition is PARAMOUNT! If we are unable to break down and absorb our nutrients, then their benefit is lost.

Additionally, indigestion symptoms are EXTREMELY COMMON!

To verify this, all one has to do is notice all the money the pharmaceutical companies allot for advertising for digestive issues.

It is the most commonly advertised treatment at the most expensive time slots, the nightly news.

Needless to say, many, many, MANY folks who I work with have indigestion symptoms and they also benefit hugely from optimizing their digestion.

The reasons it is so important to OPTIMIZE DIGESTION are

1. We are what we eat, or more exactly what we break down and absorb of what we eat.

2. Our tissues are dependant on nutrients from our foods to build healthy organ systems and bodies. If we are not getting the nutrients from our foods because our digestion is not functional, then our bodies can not make healthy tissues. Then we are in a very precarious position that often results in CHRONIC DEGENERATIVE DISEASE.

Unfortunately, the general direction of drug therapy when addressing Indigestion Symptoms is COUNTER INTUITIVE to restoring appropriate function and health.

The function of our digestive system is to absorb nutrients from our food and to eliminate detrimental components as waste.

To absorb nutrients, our digestive organs secrete enzymes that break down either fats, carbohydrates, or proteins into smaller, more absorbable components.

Various factors lead to Indigestion.

For example, when our bodies are not secreting ENOUGH of the digestive enzymes necessary to keep the food moving along our digestive tract as it should, resulting in fermentation.

Improper Digestive Symptoms are

1.bloating

2. excessive fullness

3. burping

4. gas (flatulance)

5.Acid reflux

6. cramping

7. constipation and/ or diarrhea

8.Pain

These all are worsened with insufficient digestive enzyme secretion.

The discomfort you may have experienced is often greatly reduced or even eliminated by restoring normal digestive function!

The common way Indigestion Symptoms are treated with pharmaceuticals is to further reduce the amount of enzymes secreted.

Examples of this are antacids, acid blockers, and introducing high pH substances into the acidic environment (Buffers).

Our health is largely dependent on our ability to get nutrients into our body, so that the life-substaining functions are able to occur.
