Obesity Help





I would like to invite you to participate in a plan for obesity help and to lose body fat!

This will promote wellness and reduce dependence on pharmaceutical drugs* ( statements not evaluated by the Food and Drug Adminstration. This product is not intended to diagnosis, treat, cure or prevent any disease.)

When we lose weight, we do so in a 1:1 ratio of fat loss to lean tissue loss. This means for every 10 pounds we lose, we lose 5 pounds of fat, and 5 pounds of lean tissue, mainly muscle.

Now, many of us need to lose weight, and losing fat is good, however losing muscle is NOT good.

And to make the situation worse, when we yo-yo with our weight, gain and lose the same 5 to 10 pounds, every time we gain the weight back, it is almost all fat that we gain.

This creates a dreadful problem with our lean to fat ratio, worsening the obesity.

The lean to fat ratio, or percentage of body fat, is a CRITICAL indicator of health. There is obesity help.

So, as you see, your body's lean to fat ratio plays a tremendous role in our health as we age.

Loosing weight alone is not the answer.

It is a step in the right direction, however, we MUST also keep our muscle while targeting loss of body fat to help obesity.

The answer to this terrible situation is three-fold.

Of course it is essential to eat a variety of whole foods and avoid refined, processed garbage while reducing total caloric intake by approximately 500 per day.

Second, we must increase our activity level. Ideally aerobic exercise three to five times a week for 30 minutes minimum.
