How To Do Without Menopause Symptoms!

It is true that there are societies where they do not have a word to describe menopause symptoms because the women do not suffer from them.

They have a smooth transition from reproduction to becoming an elder. It isn't a dreaded experience.

A primary reason we have such a problem with menopause symptoms is poor nutrition.

Our diets are significantly lacking in the plant hormones, also know as phytosterols, that our bodies use to create estrogen and progesterone.

When estrogen and progesterone are not balanced, noting that their relative amounts do fluctuate in a monthly cycle, our body tries to warn us.

Things like spotting, insomnia, irritability, and hot flashes are the red flags our endocrine system waves at us to say we are not getting enough phytosterols! Please see the text on hormone imbalance for more information. I have a significant concern about the way we so often use pharmaceuticals to deal with this situation.

Research indicates hormone replacement therapy may not be as innocent as was once portrayed.

Estrogen causes tissue proliferation, or growth.

There is a fine line between tissue growth and tumors, so why even come close to EVER taking a chance?

My default question I ask in almost every health situation is "What is the natural process that ideally would occur?"

The answer is largely based in nutrition and detoxification, to allow our bodies to make ALL of the hormones we need to be in balance and eliminate those we don't.

Our bodies have an inherent intelligence that knows best.

Plant based creams seem to be reasonably safe, however why chance it when to a greater extent we can replicate the ideal situation for making hormones.

This is achieved by ingesting the phytosterols, either in food or a plant based supplement.

Another reasonable conclusion is if progesterone levels are low then most likely ALL hormone levels are also likely to be low.

Give the body what it needs to be healthy and it will figure out how to do just that.

It has worked for centuries and will continue to do so if given a prosperous environment.
